TURN AROUND AND DELIVERY TIMES:

Processing And Delivery 

All orders take approximately 7-14 business days for processing and to be dispatched. Then it will take another couple of days in transit to your door. Please be patient between these times, different occasions may be slower than usual due to the current covid 19 situation and postage and logistics delays. (This is out of our hands).

*Please note that if you order over public holidays this will delay the processing time frame by 1 day for every public holiday that falls in the 7-14 business days time frame. 

If a product is currently not in stock then we will get your item(s) sent direct via our suppliers. 

*Some products will be sent straight from our suppliers to you to save on shipping times and storage levels etc. And if you order more than 1 item, then on some occasions you may receive multiple parcels which won’t be any extra cost to you. We aim to get your orders out as quick as we can so please be patient during this time. If we send your items straight from our supplier to you, then most of the time there won’t be a tracking confirmation email but if an updated tracking link gets sent to us before it gets delivered to you, then we will email you with this updated tracking information. *Please note that our Shipping and Delivery cost is a $10 flat rate fee Australia wide and a $15 Flat rate fee for worldwide. This is the only standard postage that we offer.

We don’t cancel any orders unfortunately so please choose carefully.
