Chest - Wear an unpadded bra. Relax arms at you're sides. Measure under you're arms and across the fullest part of you're bust.
Waist - This is the slimmest part of the waist. Measure you're natural waistline (find it by tipping to the side like a teapot).
Hip - Stand with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your bottom at the top of you're leg.
Height - Stand straight with feet together. Measure by beginning at the top of you're head, and pull tape straight down to the floor.
